RARE! Big Vintage Silver tone Lapis Brooch

This 6.5″ X 4″ at broadest width brooch with fish and dangles is very unique! I only found one of these during my research and it is most likely handcrafted. The resource I found says it is an ethnic piece, from African origins, but I can not verify that. The deep blue semi-precious stones are Lapis, found in limestone in the Kokcha River valley of Badakhshan in NE Afghanistan and is often used to make Fabergé’ eggs.
It is in great shape!
